When will my order be processed?

Once you finish ordering on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order / payment details. Please also check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox.

Lalamove Deliveries & Own Pickup
Cut-off for orders & payments is 12 noon for same day delivery or pickup. Orders & payments confirmed after 12 noon shall be delivered to you the next day. For own pickup, we will send the complete pickup details once your order is ready.

LBC & Ecoship Deliveries
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will schedule your order for ship out on the next available pickup day. Please note that LBC picks up orders from Monday to Friday while Ecoship picks up orders from Monday to Saturday.

 

How much is the delivery fee?

Lalamove (For Metro Manila only)
Delivery fee shall be based on current Lalamove rates. Pick-up point is located in Commonwealth, Quezon City. If you want to get an estimate of the delivery fee, you may send us a message on Instagram or Facebook. You will also be informed of the exact delivery fee once a rider has been booked.

*In cases when a Lalamove rider is not available, we will consider booking with Grab.

Batanes - 30 days (once a month voyage)
Coron - 4 to 5 days
*Day count starts after your order has been shipped out from our headquarters in Quezon City.
